Our pricing structure provides ultimate customization and add-on options, which will be discussed at your one-hour complimentary consultation. Events are categories into Weddings, Socials, Corporate or Destination. Our firm serves couples and businesses in the metro areas of Columbia, Charleston, and Greenville, South Carolina. We will travel out-of-state upon request.
Emily Sue's Hospitality $1,850 up to $2,350* (CEREMONY & ON-SITE COORDINATION)
A wedding cake would never be served without icing. Nor should a bride and groom be wed without a southern lady to offer direction and easy any tensions. Joan Day Weddings will orchestrate a seamless wedding processional for a beautiful ceremony. This package serves couples who have a flexible schedule, have arranged their wedding details, and desire a gracious lady to serve as their go-to person on their big day to ensure total enjoyment. This package offers two hours of consultation, attendance at your wedding rehearsal, and a maximum of 12 hours day-of, on-site supervision. Service begins one-month prior to your wedding to handle final details, vendor confirmation and timeline creation. JDW will provide timeline, bridal party instructions, and walk-through of venue.
Lillie Jane’s Tradition $2,750 up to $3,150* (INITIAL, SELECTION, FINISHING TOUCHES & ON-SITE COORDINATION TIERS) Typically begins 6-9 months prior
A step beyond, wedding direction and on-site coordination, Lillie Jane’s Tradition offers couples with an expert to bring design elements to the table that bring their vision to life. Through careful selection of elite and custom rentals, floral design, creative papery ensembles, the JDW Creative team deliver personalized enhancements that your guests are sure to notice, and appreciate. This couple has already identified their wedding events venue and planned most of their wedding details, but desire a creative professional to assist with the overall floral design and event decor, bringing all these components together. This package includes theme design for wedding and reception, floral/decor contract management, and all services offered in Emily’s Sue’s Hospitality.
Emily Grace's Style $3,525 up to $4,725* (ALL PLANNING TIERS AND PLANNING SUPPORT FOR RELATED WEDDING EVENTS) Typically begins 9-12 months prior
This package appeals to couples who desire all intricate details to be arranged by an expert to ensure a seamless wedding day. Emily Grace’s Style enables the couple to select wedding professionals and work with the consultant on selection decisions, but passes the contract negotiation and review on to Joan Day Weddings. From the onset of your wedding plans, JDW Creative will work with the couple to create theme and design concepts which will be carried throughout your wedding/event details. The package includes theme design for wedding/reception, contract management, papery ensemble, etiquette for all wedding-related events, custom design of welcome baskets/favors, RSVP management, seating charts and escort cards, and Emily Sue’s Hospitality offerings for Day-of, on-site management. JDW provides a detailed, tabulated wedding planning client sheets for tracking of budget, payment schedule, timeline, professional vendor details, decor setup, and other critical elements.
